Sports Premium
What is the Sports Premium?
The Government is providing additional funding of £150 million per year to improve the provision of PE and sport in primary schools. The funding is being jointly provided by the Departments for Education, Health & Culture, Media and Sport, and will see the money going directly to primary schools for them to spend on improving the quality of sport and PE for all of their children. At St James Daisy Hill, we will receive £19,190 this academic year, to spend on improving sport and PE provision in our school.

Swimming Lessons at St James
During these sessions the children work towards achieving the Key Stage 2 Swimming Certificate.
